Berlin (dpa / bb) - Two men and two women are said to have put up political posters at the Volksbühne in Berlin-Mitte and sprayed slogans on the street.

The alarmed police discovered the graffiti on Saturday morning in Rosa-Luxemburg-Strasse, a spokeswoman said.

Among the slogans in the theater and on the street were slogans like “You are not the resistance” and “You do not lose any fundamental rights”.

The officers arrested the four suspects, aged between 23 and 26, nearby.

They were later released.

The state security determined.

There may be a connection to planned meetings on Saturday afternoon at Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz, the spokeswoman said.

The small party «Mountain Party» had called for a rally there for Saturday afternoon - under the motto «No space for anti-Semitism, right-wing agitation and conspiracy theories».

50 participants were registered.

At the same time, the Corona-skeptical movement "nichtohneuns.de" wanted to demonstrate on the subject of the Basic Law.

According to the police, there was no official registration for this demo.
