Marxen (dpa / lni) - After a fire in an apartment building, a 75-year-old was found dead in her apartment.
The resident has been missing for days since the fire in Marxen (Harburg district) on Tuesday, as the police announced on Friday.
Only after the building had been stabilized could officials enter the apartment on Thursday and found the body.
The investigation into the cause of the fire continued.
Initially, there was no evidence of external influences.
The fire had spread to the entire house at night, three residents were able to save themselves unharmed.
