"The assassination facts are linked to drug trafficking within the city of Barriols in Arles," said the prosecutor in a press release.
These men are accused of murder in an organized gang, criminal association, aggravated concealment, damage caused by a fire in a vehicle and possession of weapons.
These indictments are indeed ordered at the end of an investigation into a settlement of accounts that occurred in Arles on May 4.
That day, a 45-year-old man was targeted by armed hooded individuals as he left his home.
The man is then chased inside his house before being shot in front of his wife and children.
The investigation into this case led to the detention of eleven people.
Five of them are in the process of being deferred.
Most of the respondents are from Arles and Marseille.
