Offenbach (dpa / lrs) - On the fourth weekend in Advent, the weather in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland remains mild and cloudy.
After the partly thick fog on Friday morning, the sky is loosening in some regions, as the German Weather Service (DWD) announced in Offenbach.
From the Vorderpfalz to Rheinhessen, however, it remains covered the whole day.
During the day, temperatures reach up to 10 degrees, at night the values drop to 5 to 1 degree.
In some cases, ground frost can then be expected.
Saturday also starts foggy, according to DWD forecast it will be a little brighter in the morning.
The maximum values are between 8 and 12 degrees.
In the afternoon, new clouds come in from the west, and there can be rain showers at night.
For the Sunday in Advent, the DWD meteorologists expect a mixture of thick clouds and occasional rain showers at 7 to 11 degrees.
