The Department of Education and Knowledge called on students to make use of the winter vacation in learning new languages and developing their skills, through the services it provides through its electronic platform, which provides a variety of interactive content targeting students, from kindergarten to university.
The activities platform offers more than 90 educational and entertainment activities for students, focusing on science, technology, engineering, mathematics, innovation, arts, languages and culture, in addition to enrichment activities.
The department stated that the platform provides, in cooperation with the leading and specialized agencies in the field of educational entertainment and the development of advanced learning programs, a variety of options that enable the student to choose what suits him / her, which ensures the provision of an enjoyable and beneficial vacation for students.
The platform focuses on four main themes, including: science, technology, engineering, mathematics and innovation, arts, languages and culture, physical education and health, in addition to enrichment activities.
Each axis contains a variety of fun educational programs and activities, such as: competitions, live sessions, virtual experiences, skills development programs, as well as a reading center and games area.
The department allowed students to participate, free of charge, in about 40 of the activities offered on the platform, while the fees for participation in other activities ranged between 50 dirhams, 5 thousand and 500 dirhams, depending on the type of activity, its period of time and the age group for which the subscription is determined.
The contents of the platform fall under seven types of activities, including virtual experiences, skills development programs, supportive initiatives, reading classes, live sessions, games area, and competitions.
Activities range from SAT exam preparation courses, TOEFL, improving mathematics level, specialized educational lessons, courses in programming and the safe use of technology, online learning, courses in augmented reality and virtual reality for beginners, programs in design, engineering, programming, medicine and space sciences, technical workshops, reading camps, And learning the Python language and artificial intelligence, virtual laboratories for science, technology and engineering, simulating drones, courses for learning archiving and document restoration, courses for writing oral history, in addition to a program on the basics of submitting applications for admission to international universities, how to prepare for the university, starting from high school, and choosing a university The most appropriate.

It also reflects the Department's innovative campaign "The Education Continues", which aims to stimulate the participation and interaction of students on a permanent basis. She stressed that the activities platform is the result of cooperation with leading and specialized bodies in the field of educational entertainment and the development of advanced learning programs, and aims to provide a new space in society for the benefit of students.
The department indicated that the platform allows students to acquire new skills, obtain guidance on higher education, participate in programming competitions, learn new hobbies, in addition to many games and competitions, reading and virtual experiences, and skills development programs.
She pointed out that it also launched a virtual event to introduce international universities with a set of detailed introductory seminars, as part of the university and vocational guidance program for students from the ninth to twelfth grades, with the aim of preparing them to prepare for the standardized tests for higher education and enabling them to understand the procedures for their admission to universities and facilitate their future career paths. In addition, students are taught materials designed to suit their future interests in higher education.
