One more large paving stone in the pond.

According to an investigation by Médiapart, carried out in partnership with Médicités and the Belgian dailies Le Soir and De Standaard, the president of FCN Waldemar Kita, who is being prosecuted for aggravated tax fraud, is suspected of not having paid 14.8 million euros under the solidarity tax on wealth (ISF).

As part of this procedure, seizures took place this year, between February and April.

They relate to a yacht.

This would have been the subject of a restitution against the seizure on the bank account of a sum equivalent to the value of the boat (2.5 million euros), because the State would have been responsible for it.

A property located in Paris and belonging to the couple Waldemar and Chantal Kita has also been seized.

Kita is a Belgian tax resident

Also according to the same survey, Kita, who bought the FCN in 2007, “also touched, between 2010 and 2019, at least 70 million euros in Luxembourg, on which he paid no income tax in France, since he is a tax resident in Belgium ”.

Sunday, before Nantes-Angers, the group of supporters, the Loire Brigade, "invites a peaceful and static rally [...] to discuss the situation of the FCN and its future", from 1 pm to 2:30 pm, at the Beaujoire tram stop.

The club is currently going through a sporting crisis, and is in 16th place in the Ligue 1 standings.
