China News Service, December 17th. According to the website of the State Food and Drug Administration, recently, the State Food and Drug Administration issued a notice on stopping the sale of 31 batches of counterfeit cosmetics (No. 86 of 2020).
According to the notice, 25 batches of hair dye products including Hanya Run Black Hair Dye (Black) have been identified by Shanghai and Guangdong Province (municipal) drug regulatory authorities for the problems found in cosmetics supervision and inspection. Youwei Sunscreen Lotion SPF50+ PA+++ 1 batch of sunscreen products, labelled as Xizhiyuan Yingrun Snow Muscle Ice Mask 1 batch of facial mask products, labelled as Fortune Beauty Anti-Freckle Essence 1 batch of freckle/whitening products (Non-facial mask products), 2 batches of products claiming anti-acne/anti-acne products such as Ruike Ya Huanyan Cleansing Cream, labeling name is Miaosihui Nutrition Liquid (Nourishing Hair) 1 batch /Hair care products are counterfeit products.
The notice pointed out that in order to ensure the safety of public use of makeup and purify the cosmetics market environment, in accordance with the "Special Provisions of the State Council on Strengthening the Supervision and Administration of Food and Other Products" and the "Regulations on Cosmetic Hygiene Supervision" and other regulations, the State Drug Administration requires all provinces, autonomous regions, and The drug supervision and administration department of the municipality directly under the Central Government ordered the relevant operating companies to immediately stop selling the above-mentioned counterfeit cosmetics, and in-depth investigation of their purchase channels, and if illegal activities are found, they will be investigated and dealt with in accordance with the law, and those suspected of crimes will be promptly transferred to the public security organs.
