Anna Tenje (M) has been chair of the municipal board in Växjö since January 2017. Previously, between 2006 and 2010, she was a member of parliament.

- It obviously feels very good that I end up so high on the list.

It feels like a kind of receipt that all the work I put in still has some kind of significance, she says.

Why do you think you end up so high on the list?

- I am involved in some contexts where you can influence.

I sit on the board of SKR, Sweden's municipalities and regions, and I sit on the party leadership for the Moderates.

I also think that it is because we in Växjö dare to go ahead and challenge when we see mistakes and shortcomings in our society.

This means that we often make an impression in the entire public debate.

Henriksson: "Politics is teamwork"

Anders Henriksson (S) has been the second vice chairman of SKR, Sweden's municipalities and regions since 1 October 2019.

He was previously chairman of the regional board in the Kalmar county region.

Henriksson was also elected Chairman of the Board of Kalmar FF in March 2020.

- It always feels fun to be noticed.

I think it is fun to lift municipal and regional representatives on the list, because it is not so common that you usually do it, says Anders Henriksson (S).

Why do you think you end up so high on the list?

- For me, politics is a team effort.

There are many who together shape and drive politics.

As a group leader in SKR, my role will be to keep together many of the political issues, which is an important role.

The Focus list also includes Johan Persson (S) in Kalmar, Bengt Germundsson (KD) in Markaryd, Ilko Corkovic (S) in Borgholm, Stihna J-son Evertsson (C) in Högsby and Oliver Rosengren (M) in Växjö.
