A 33-year-old man was tried Tuesday before the Rennes criminal court for harassing his former partner, reports

.

On October 26, he had already been sentenced for hitting his ex when she was pregnant.

The judgment then prohibited him from coming into contact with the victim.

But the thirty-something did not respect his obligations.

On the night of December 10 to 11, his former companion thus surprised him on his balcony observing him through the shutters.

Several neighbors also said that the individual regularly circled the building of the victim.

A neighbor even shot a video showing the accused climbing the building of his former partner to observe her from her balcony.

The court sentenced him to four months in prison, a sentence to which is added the revocation of the suspension handed down on October 26.

The individual is also prohibited from traveling to Rennes for two years.
