A 25-year-old motorist was sentenced to eighteen months in prison, including one year, in front of the Lyon Criminal Court for having deliberately struck a cyclist in November 2019.

Recognized by the victim
During their investigations, investigators from the urban security brigade discovered that the suspect had filed a complaint in early December 2019 against X for damage to his vehicle.
