It is noted that the agreement will ensure the continuity of cooperation between the services of the two countries after the kingdom leaves the European Union.

"This is an important agreement that will allow continued cooperation after Britain's exit from the EU, as well as demonstrate the reliability of customs relations between the two countries," said British Deputy Treasury Secretary Jesse Norman.

Earlier, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced London's readiness for Brexit without a deal with the EU.
