, each client received a fine of 135 euros for not wearing the mask, 135 euros for travel and 135 euros for prohibited meeting.
For Bruno Henckes, the owner of this establishment, the sanction “is deeply unfair.
Especially since, as we can see on the video surveillance images, everyone wore a mask ”.
"These three fines are perfectly justified", considers for his part a police officer.
And to specify: "The double mask / certificate, we do it very often.
The forbidden meeting applies to this situation.
It's a bit like a traffic stop.
