In turn, the speaker of the upper house of parliament, Valentina Matvienko, agreed that such things should not be allowed, and suggested discussing the proposals at the end of January.
Earlier, a court in the Moscow region arrested the blogger Stanislav Reshetnikov, known as Reeflay, for two months in connection with the death of a girl during his stream.
