Munich (AP) - The soccer players of FC Bayern Munich are in the round of 16 of the Champions League.
The Munich team prevailed against Ajax Amsterdam in the opening round.
The 3-1 win in the first leg in the Netherlands was followed by a 3-0 (1-0) win in Munich on Wednesday evening.
Lineth Beerensteyn (1st minute), Lea Schüller (47th) and Sydney Lohmann (69th / foul penalty) scored the goals for coach Jens Scheuer's team in the fog on the Bayern campus.
The round of 16 will be drawn on February 16, 2021.
The games for the quarter-finals will be played in March.
