The troops have problems in the use of electricity, drinking water, heating, oxygen inhalation, health care, and toileting.

  At the beginning of last year, in order to further improve the level of infrastructure construction of the Tibet Military Region and solve the difficulties faced by the troops on the plateau, the Qinghai-Tibet Line and the Sichuan-Tibet Line, the Party Committee of the Tibet Military Region decided to use two years to solve the "six difficulties" existing in the military barracks of the entire region.

Up to now, the "six difficulties" in the front-line fixed camps have basically been cleared.

Beginning this winter, they have summed up their experience and made great efforts to solve the problems of stationing on the plateau and supporting the "small scattered and distant" units.

  In response to the security problems faced by border guards after the snow-covered mountains, the Tibet Military Region has made innovative measures to use solar heating systems, new energy container barracks, multi-energy complementary demonstration systems and other new technologies to solve the problem of heating and hot water supply in plateau training points. Problem.

They also coordinated the integration of the electricity consumption problems at the training points into the overall plan of the State Grid, and continued to promote construction.

In terms of optimizing service support for officers and soldiers, they uniformly installed oxygen generators for the stationed training points, and signed a health service agreement with the resident hospital to ensure that front-line officers and soldiers can enjoy high-quality and convenient diagnosis and treatment services; explore the "centralized training and dispatch of military medical personnel" "The model ensures that every point is accompanied by a military doctor.

  In order to unify construction standards and ensure service quality, the Party Committee of the Tibet Military Region has formulated and improved the standards, capability indicators, management systems, and operating mechanisms for the construction of support forces at all levels in accordance with the special environment, border defense tasks, and the needs of officers and soldiers.

They scientifically revised the standard indicators such as heating and power generation oil, materials and equipment updates, and plateau barracks construction, unified standards from the system level, and improved security capabilities.

They also strictly supervise the implementation, starting from the details to ensure the quality of the construction.
