According to information from several media, including Europe 1 has been confirmed, the mayor of Marseille, Michèle Rubirola, is preparing to resign this Tuesday at 2 p.m.
The ecologist councilor, who had tipped the city to the left last June, could leave the hand to his first deputy, Benoît Payan.

According to corroborating sources contacted by Europe 1, which confirms the information of several media, the ecologist councilor is therefore on the verge of passing the hand, only five and a half months after his election by the city council, at the end of a campaign intense against Martine Vassal (LR).
