Dressel counted among other things the rapid disbursement of the bridging aid III of the federal government as well as the December aid. In addition, there would be the Hamburg stabilization fund for medium-sized companies with a volume of one billion euros. The Corona Recovery Fund for small business owners with a volume of around EUR 100 million and the EUR 400 million IFB loan program would be extended. The same applies, among other things, to tax assistance and fee assistance as well as simplifications under public procurement law.
