15 December 2020Multurated murder. With this accusation Daniela Poggiali, a former nurse from the Ausl Romagna, was sentenced to 30 years in prison.
The woman, with an injection of potassium, killed her patient, Massimo Montanari, 95 years old hospitalized in the Lugo hospital, near Ravenna. The facts date back to 12 March 2014.
The man died the night before his discharge.
In the shortened procedure, the judge, Janos Barlotti, of the court of Ravenna, accepted the request for a life sentence of prosecutors Aalessandro Mancini and Angela Scorsa. The woman was not in the courtroom. The reasons will be ready in 90 days.
