Kleve (dpa / lnw) - The district court of Kleve has sentenced a 19-year-old man to three years and three months in juvenile detention for multiple rape of a pregnant woman.
The court followed the prosecution's request on Tuesday.
The woman was pregnant by the 18-year-old at the time of the crime, but still did not want a relationship with him.
He then threatened her with death via WhatsApp in the spring of 2020, the verdict said.
"It's not working.
Otherwise you are dead, ”he wrote according to the judgment.
In mid-June of this year, he went to the sixth month pregnant woman in her apartment, beaten, choked and raped a total of three times in the course of one day, according to the court.
Only when the one and a half year old daughter woke up in the evening did he let go of the woman and leave the apartment.
