The Court of Assizes, in the sentence of the trial in Micale, estimated the damage at 50 thousand euros, of which, the State Attorney recalls, "to date not even a part has been received as evidenced by three warnings and formal notice" .
The same amount is now requested from Speziale, for which, for the rite for minors, it was not possible to form a civil party.
The State Attorney's Office therefore requested 305 thousand euros for pecuniary damages, as well as the payment of further sums due by way of capitalization of the periodic checks in disbursement, and 25 thousand euros each for non-pecuniary damages.
The Advocacy, in the request, estimates that the value of the case is higher than 500 thousand euros.

"It's a request that has something sensational".

The defender announces "a new, just and well-founded legal battle".
"It is absurd that in addition to being imprisoned for a murder he did not commit - claims the lawyer Lipera - this boy must pay out of his own pocket all the special donations and all the annuities that have been granted in favor of the family of the hero Filippo Raciti ".
