The Dubai Criminal Court has begun the trial of a (Asian) construction worker who deliberately proceeded to kill his colleague with premeditation, according to the Public Prosecution, which described his crime as heading to the location of the victim in the corridor of the company’s dormitories at a pace interspersed with treachery, waiting for the moment of the assault, and as soon as he was able He even hit him with 11 strong and rapid stabs in the chest and abdomen areas, intending to kill his soul, but the impact of his crime was disappointed as a result of treating the victim, and he was rushed to the hospital and received the necessary treatment.

The victim said during the investigations of the Public Prosecution that he received a call from the management of the company in which he works as he is the oldest worker there, and was informed that tickets for 22 workers had been booked for their return to their country, and the accused was not among them, pointing out that he informed the workers concerned, so the latter came to him. He inquired from him why he had not booked a plane ticket, especially since his mother was sick, so he told him that he did not have the decision and was merely a conductor of the administration’s decisions and asked him to review them.

He added that the accused returned to him the next day and told him that his mother had passed away and needed to return, so he assured him that he did not have the decision, which angered his colleague, who left his room and then returned a few minutes later, so he thought he wanted to continue the conversation with him, but his hand was behind his back and he discovered that he was hiding He gave him a quick and strong stabs in the stomach and chest area, so he lost consciousness from his injury.

He pointed out that he later learned of the intervention of the company’s workers to save him and was transferred to the hospital, where he underwent urgent surgery and found that he had 11 piercing cuts, pointing out that the accused used a small-sized knife with a pointed blade, used to cut vegetables.

An eyewitness from the workers said that he was in his room and heard the sound of a quarrel, so he went quickly and was two meters away from the incident when the accused rushed to the victim with quick stab wounds in his stomach and chest, then intervened to rescue him and took him to his room and informed the ambulance, while others removed the accused until the police arrived.
