  According to reports, the head of the Iranian oil pipeline and telecommunications company stated that “most of the fires...have been contained, and the operation team is repairing the damaged pipeline.”

  According to Iran’s Tasnim News Agency, the damaged oil pipeline was the supply pipeline of the Isfahan Oil Refinery, which has a daily output of about 375,000 barrels, making it Iran’s second largest oil refinery.

  Earlier, an emergency official in southwestern Iran said that the oil spilled into an inaccessible valley and fire equipment was difficult to reach.
