  According to the information released by the center, the earthquake occurred at 12:20 local time on the 14th (23:20 Beijing time). The epicenter was 77 kilometers northeast of Calama, Antofagasta Region, northern Chile. The focal depth was 103.4 km.

  The Chilean Naval Hydrology and Oceanography Bureau said that the earthquake will not trigger a tsunami.
