This is a photo posted by Democratic Party Congressman Mi-hyang Yoon on his social media.

Some of the seats of six people are holding wine glasses in their hands.

In the picture, no one is wearing a mask.

Gil grandmother introduced the empty seat as a place to celebrate her birthday by carving on her chest.

It appears to be pointing to the comfort women victim Gil Won-ok.

The controversy grew immediately on why Grandma was not here, and whether it is appropriate for lawmakers to have a drink like this in a situation where Corona 19 is getting serious.

Then, Rep. Yoon deleted the photo and posted an apology instead.

It was Gil Won-ok's 94th birthday, but he said he couldn't even say congratulations because he couldn't reach out to him.

However, it was explained that the quarantine guidelines were followed and the meal was finished before 9 pm.

Rep. Yoon is being prosecuted for making use of Grandma Gil's mental and physical weakness to donate the grandmother's prize money to the Justice Memory Foundation.
