Sweden won the Hochfilzen relay on Sunday, counting for the Biathlon World Cup, while France, like last week, was handicapped by the poor performance of Emilien Jacquelin and only finished 6th.

The Swedish quartet (Peppe Femling, Jesper Nelin, Martin Ponsiluoma, Sebastian Samuelson) beat Norway (Sturla Holm Lagreid, Johannes Dale, Tarjei Boe, Johannes Boe) and Germany (Erik Lesser, Roman Rees, Benedikt Doll, Philip Horn ).

For the Blues, reigning world champions in the specialty, collective races follow and resemble each other.

A week after their mediocre 8th place in Kontiolahti, the Blues (Antonin Guigonnat, Emilien Jacquelin, Fabien Claude, Quentin Fillon-Maillet) once again saw their hopes dashed by Emilien Jacquelin.

Already struggling in Kontiolahti (3 penalty laps), the Isérois, who started as a second torchbearer, again condemned his family by completely cracking his standing shot, sanctioned by two passages on the penalty ring.

To make matters worse, the last torchbearer Quentin Fillon-Maillet, yet winner of the pursuit on Saturday, also faltered behind the rifle (1 penalty lap).
