Participants can log on to the National Medical Insurance Service Platform website (Internet access address: fuwu.nhsa.gov.cn), and inquire about relevant public service information in the cross-provincial remote medical inquiry column, such as inquiring about designated medical institutions in the remote medical network network, national medical insurance agencies Institutions, coordinate regional openings, etc.
Participants who have filed or cross-province direct settlement can also scan the code through the National Medical Insurance Service APP or log in to their account to further inquire about the results of individual medical treatment records and direct settlement expenses for medical treatment in other places.
Before going to a doctor in another place, you should file for the record and choose a designated medical institution. The hospitalization expenses can be reimbursed by medical insurance.
Online filing channels have been opened in many places across the country. Participants can complete the filing on their mobile phones and settle directly when they are discharged from the hospital without running errands.
At present, 125 coordinated regions in 20 provinces across the country have piloted a unified national online filing service, including Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian, Jiangxi, Shandong, Hubei, Hunan, 20 provinces including Guangxi, Hainan, Chongqing, Sichuan, Shaanxi, Ningxia and Xinjiang.
Participants in the pilot area can download the national medical insurance service platform APP or search for the country's off-site medical filing mini-program in WeChat, and follow the prompts to handle hospitalization expenses across provinces for medical filing.
As of the end of October, the number of designated medical institutions for direct settlement of hospitalization expenses across the provinces was 37,938, an increase of 1,392 from the previous month, of which 34,963 were designated medical institutions at the second level and below; the national platform recorded 7,31,800 and accumulated 6,529,200 settlements. Medical expenses were 157.744 billion yuan, and the fund paid 93.127 billion yuan.
In October, 283,600 hospitalization expenses were directly settled across provinces, medical expenses were 6.856 billion yuan, the fund paid 4.059 billion yuan, and the average daily direct settlement was 9147 person-times, the average cost was 24,200 yuan, and the average payment ratio was 59.20%.
In terms of direct settlement of medical expenses for inter-provincial outpatient clinics, as of the end of October, the direct settlement of outpatient expenses in the three pilot areas of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta and five provinces and regions in the southwest reached 2,340,300 person-times, and the total medical expenses were 578 million yuan. 333 million yuan was paid.
