It is described in detail by the Gloucestershire in a lawsuit it filed this Friday in a Los Angeles court of law.
FKA, whose real name is
Tahliah Debrett Barnett
, is the second woman to report the abuse of the 34-year-old actor.
In the lawsuit,
Barnett describes her ex-boyfriend as a "dangerous" man who abuses women
.
"Shia (LaBeouf) hurts women. He uses them. He abuses them, both physically and mentally."
He also assures that he has taken the step of denouncing LaBeouf to show how a woman with money, fame and a support network around her can also be involved in an abusive relationship.

"I would like to raise awareness
about the tactics abusers use to control you,
" said the 32-year-old artist, who describes some of the abuse episodes in the lawsuit.
It speaks, specifically, of what happened on February 14, 2019, on Valentine's Day.
The couple were returning from the Californian desert in the actor's car, at high speed and with the protagonist of the
Tranformers
franchise
at the wheel.
At one point,
LaBeouf unbelted and threatened to crash the car unless he professed his love for her

The singer begged to be allowed to get out of the vehicle and the actor ended up stopping at a gas station.
She got out and proceeded to get her suitcases, before LaBeouf assaulted her and pushed her against the car violently,
yelling at her face and forcing her back into the vehicle

It is only one episode of a violent nature of the many that the actor starred in.

"I'm not in a position to tell anyone how my behavior made them feel

"I have no excuses for my alcoholism or aggression, only rationalizations. I have been abusive to myself and everyone around me for years.

The British artist, whose latest album,

, was released in 2019, indicates in the lawsuit that
her ex-boyfriend intentionally gave her a venereal disease
and that it was about time the public knew who she really is.
