A few days ago, the reporter interviewed Lu Jiefan at the Youth Entrepreneurship Base on both sides of the Taiwan Strait in Zhangzhou Taiwanese Investment Zone.

In 2017, optimistic about Zhangzhou's development prospects, Lu Jiefan founded Yihan Zhongchuang and became the operator of the youth entrepreneurship base on both sides of the strait in Zhangzhou Taiwanese Investment Zone.

In the past three years, the enterprises stationed in Yihan Zhongchuang Base have covered environmental protection technology, agricultural technology, applications, e-commerce and other fields.

As a base dedicated to serving Taiwanese youths entering the west to start businesses, it is also affectionately called "Taiwan Youth Home" by Taiwanese youths.

  The two places are very similar to Taiwan in terms of culture, ancestral home, food, and overall climate. Taiwanese youth or a new generation of Taiwanese friends who have come to the mainland, then they will be the first to come to the land. There will be a sense of familiarity and familiarity, which is tantamount to a buffer.

  [Commentary] Lu Jiefan told reporters that starting a business in Zhangzhou is not too strange to Taiwanese youth.

Zhangzhou has strong development advantages in agriculture, biotechnology, and food industries. The foundation of these industries extends the development space of cross-strait cultural and creative industries.

  [Explanation] In Lu Jiefan's view, the mainland has successively introduced a series of measures to benefit Taiwanese compatriots. It has been very helpful to Taiwanese youth and Taiwanese enterprises. Newly established enterprises have minimized the start-up cost and allowed the project to land faster.

  Various provinces and cities have introduced some policies to reduce the cost of entrepreneurship for Taiwan’s youth. No matter from the use of housing, office use, to some support rewards, etc., I think that Taiwan’s youth entrepreneurship here, there should be no place in the world that is better than the mainland of our motherland. Some good conditions are given here, so this is a good opportunity.

  [Commentary] Lai Shengxun is the person in charge of a main aquatic product enterprise stationed in Yihan Zhongchuang.

In 2018, he came to Zhangzhou from Taipei. It was because he saw that the mainland is very convenient for life and work and the mainland market is very large, so he chose to start a business in the mainland.

  I think there are more opportunities on the mainland, and then there are more markets, including subsidies such as office subsidies and rent subsidies. In fact, for those of us who are just starting a business, if we can save office or housing This kind of expenses is very helpful to our business. Basically, I will take root in the mainland. Because I also bring my family here, they also think that life here is very good, so they should Will take root on the mainland.

  [Explanation] In recent years, the economy of Zhangzhou Taiwanese Investment Zone has developed rapidly, and Taiwanese youth have more room for development here.

The reporter learned that at present, there are 32 Taiwanese teams stationed in the Youth Entrepreneurship Base on both sides of the strait, of which 3 Taiwanese team projects have successfully landed and set up factories.
