Sandhausen (dpa / lsw) - SV Sandhausen is slipping deeper into the relegation battle of the 2nd Bundesliga.

A week after the 3: 2 at the bottom of Würzburger Kickers, the clearly inferior Kurpfälzer lost on Friday evening at the start of the eleventh game day with 0: 3 (0: 2) against the still unbeaten promotion candidate SpVgg Greuther Fürth and remain table 15 for the time being.

Julian Green (30th minute) and Jamie Leweling (33rd) shot the guests early on the way to their fourth away win in a row.

Substitute Dickson Abiama (87th) made everything clear just before the final whistle.

The Bavarians are initially again leaders.

The playfully superior Fürth attacked without their ailing captain Branimir Hrgota, in his place coach Stefan Leitl offered 19-year-old Leweling.

He thanked him when, after a good half hour, Sandhausen's goalkeeper Martin Fraisl curled the ball through his legs to make it 2-0.

The hosts, who were harmless for long periods, tried to shorten after the break, but hardly had any scoring opportunities.

The largest was awarded by Anas Ouahim after a mistake by Fürth's goalkeeper Sascha Burchert, who took the ball back with a jump (70th).
