Berlin (dpa) - Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania's Prime Minister Manuela Schwesig has spoken out in favor of a nationwide lockdown from the fourth Advent.
“There's a lot of talk about it after Christmas.
I think that's too late.
I think that we should at least go to the fourth Advent, "said the SPD politician on Friday evening in an ARD extra broadcast.
"It is clear that we need a nationwide rule for this."
According to information from the German Press Agency, the Prime Ministers want to advise on the further measures in the corona pandemic on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. in a video link.
