Obersulm (dpa / lsw) - Two people were injured in an apartment fire in Obersulm (Heilbronn district).
They had inhaled smoke gases on Wednesday and were taken to the hospital, the police said.
According to initial findings, the fire started after a wood stove was lit in an apartment on the ground floor.
When the fire brigade, ambulance service and police arrived at the scene of the fire, the residents were already outside.
The fire brigade quickly brought the flames under control.
The apartment on the ground floor is not habitable.
There was property damage amounting to tens of thousands of euros.
