The US judiciary rejected the appeals presented by the campaign of the outgoing US President, Donald Trump, and the Republicans, against the election results in Pennsylvania and Nevada, and the Republican Party expressed its "deep disappointment" due to the rejection of the appeals.

While the Trump administration presented a new proposal for an aid plan aimed at reviving the US economy.

The Nevada Supreme Court decided to reject Trump's election campaign appeal against the state's presidential election results, thus confirming the victory of President-elect Joe Biden in one of the swing states that decided his victory in the race.

This is the last defeat so far in a series of defeats inflicted on Trump and his allies, who lost dozens of cases before state and federal courts as part of a failed effort to nullify the election result of the third of last November.

Trump says the result is forged, but no court has come up with evidence to support his claims.

And a Nevada District Court ruled last week that the Trump campaign had not proven its claim of a malfunction in the voting machines and fraud in the competition between Trump and Biden.

"We are also not convinced that the District Court has erred in imposing the burden of proof rule by presenting clear and convincing evidence," the Nevada Supreme Court said.

The Nevada Republican Party said in a statement that the decision left it "deeply disappointed."

Biden won in Nevada by 33,596 votes, thus winning the six state votes in the electoral college that chooses the president.

It is scheduled that members of the electoral college meet on December 14 to formalize the result, with Biden winning 306 votes against 232 votes for Trump.

In a related context, the US Supreme Court rejected a legal challenge from the Republican side seeking to reject millions of votes in Pennsylvania, one of the main swing states.

The court issued a short statement saying that it rejected the appeal by Congressman Mike Kelly and other Pennsylvania Republicans.

Kelly argued that most of the state's more than 2.6 million postal ballots were illegal and sought to have them nullified.

The efforts of Kelly, who is one of Trump's closest allies, and other Republicans in Pennsylvania, were part of the efforts of the outgoing president to nullify the victory of President-elect Joe Biden.

In addition, the Trump administration presented a new proposal for an aid plan aimed at reviving the US economy, hoping to end the months-long stumbling block and find an agreement between Democrats and Republicans.

"I have submitted a proposal from President Trump for $ 916 billion," Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said.

Mnuchin presented the proposal to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Democrat Nancy Pelosi, during a meeting with her the day before yesterday.

This new proposal is worth slightly more than the $ 908 billion aid plan it had proposed by a group of Democrats and Republicans, and formed a basis for negotiations between the two sides.
