Sharjah Roads starts implementing the cancellation and deduction of traffic violations

Yousef Al-Suwaiji: The authority has provided various payment outlets to benefit from the cancellation or deduction decision.

The Chairman of the Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority, Eng. Yousef Saleh Al-Suwaiji, announced the start of the implementation of the decision to cancel violations before 2015, and a 50% discount on violations of the Authority from last January 2020 until the end of this year, in implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, and the follow-up and approval of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Executive Council, for the second package of Sharjah government incentives, with the aim of supporting government and private agencies and business sectors in various fields in light of the ongoing Corona pandemic .

He valued the second package of incentives and facilities that contribute to mitigating the severity of the economic and social impacts resulting from the continuation of the pandemic, enhancing business continuity in various fields, and providing a suitable work environment for all investors, in implementation of the directives of the Ruler of Sharjah to support investment and the economy in the emirate, pointing to the ability of the emirate and its government to Continuing the process of comprehensive development and overcoming obstacles.

Al-Suwaiji explained that the authority has provided various payment outlets to benefit from the cancellation or discount decision to facilitate payment processes, as they were made available through the authority’s official website (SRTA) and the authority’s headquarters in Al Azra, and the authority’s office in Kalba and Khor Fakkan, calling on everyone to quickly benefit from the discount decision. That will end on December 31.
