• Mes, Prime Minister Conte in Parliament: majority finds agreement on reform

09 December 2020 The Senate chamber approved the resolution presented by the majority on the reform of the Mes and on the communications of the Prime Minister, Giuseppe Conte, in view of the next European Council. The document received 156 votes in favor, 129 against and 4 abstentions.



Count, am I calm? Sure, I am

Zingaretti: okay to Mes, Government now resolves majority nodes


"The approval by the two Chambers of the position in support of the MES is good news. Now to move forward it is important to find solutions, especially on the part of the government, to the many knots open in the majority ". 9 M5s senators did not participate in the vote


Nine M5S senators did not participate in the vote on majority resolution while two (Mattia Crucioli and Bianca Laura Granato) were, in the Movement, the votes against. Of the nine absent in 4 were "justified" as explained in the afternoon by parliamentary sources M5S. To these must be added Nicola Morra, Laura Angrisani, Rosa Abate, Margherita Corrado, Fabrizio Trentacoste.
