"Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine is ready for a new stage in the disengagement of troops and the clearance of new areas, as well as for the next round of the mutual release of the detainees," the message says.
Zelensky said that, despite the difficulties, for the first time during the conflict in Donbass, it was possible to establish a real ceasefire, which has been running since July 27, 2020.
Earlier, Zelensky met with servicemen in Donbass.
