Marseille professor Didier Raoult will file a complaint against Professor François Raffi, director of the Nantes University Hospital, learned

20 Minutes

from his lawyer, Me Brice Grazzini.

"The procedure is underway and we will file a complaint this Friday for threats with the constitution of civil party", indicates the lawyer.

The director of the IHU Mediterranean, target of malicious calls, had already lodged a complaint in March 2020, in this case, but against X. However, the

Chained Duck

had discovered a few months ago that the mobile phone originally malicious calls were among those made available to the doctors of the Nantes University Hospital.

The investigation first opened in Marseille was thus completed last July and sent to the Nantes prosecutor's office.

In the columns of

Ouest-France

this Friday, Me Brice Grazzini regretted the slowness of the prosecution on this file.

By filing a complaint with a civil action, Didier Raoult requests the opening of an investigation by an investigating judge.

When contacted, neither the Nantes prosecutor's office nor François Raffi responded to our requests at the time of writing.
