Rospotrebnadzor has extended the sanitary and epidemiological rules for the work of educational organizations for children and youth in the context of coronavirus until January 1, 2022.

The corresponding decree of the head of the department, Anna Popova, was published on the official Internet portal of legal information.

"In clause 3 of the decree of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor" of the Russian Federation of 06/30/2020 16 "On the approval of sanitary and epidemiological rules SP 3.1 / 2.43598-10" Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the device, maintenance and organization of work of educational organizations and other social infrastructure for children and youth in the context of the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) "... the words" until January 1, 2021 "shall be replaced with the words" before January 1, 2022, "the document says.

The department adopted sanitary rules in June of this year.

They affect the activities of all organizations working with children, in particular health camps, institutions of additional education, playrooms, sports organizations for children.

The rules imply a ban on holding mass events with the participation of various groups and classes in kindergartens and schools, a special schedule that will avoid the congestion of children in one place, a mandatory temperature check in children and adults.

In addition, during the certification in schools, a social distance of 1.5 m must be observed. Toys in kindergartens must be disinfected every day, and antiseptics must be installed in canteens, toilets and at the entrance to educational institutions.

We will remind, on September 28, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced a two-week vacation in the capital's schools from 5 to 18 October.

During this period, the work of additional education institutions and children's leisure organizations run by the Moscow government were also suspended.

On October 14, the mayor announced that students in grades 6-11 after the holidays will go to a remote mode of study, and students in grades 1-5 will continue to go to school in the traditional format.

Then Sobyanin explained that high school students are more at risk of contracting coronavirus and the decision to transfer them to home mode will reduce the burden on schools associated with compliance with epidemiological measures.

“There is an opportunity to disperse children as much as possible inside buildings and minimize contacts between students of different classes in recreation facilities, canteens and at entrances,” Sobyanin said.

Since then, the distance learning regime for middle and high school students has been extended several times.

Sobyanin noted in his blog that thanks to the measures taken, schoolchildren themselves get sick less and infect elderly relatives less often.

The last time Sobyanin announced the extension of the distance learning regime for pupils of the 6-11th was on December 2.

According to the mayor's decree, schoolchildren will study remotely until the end of the second quarter (until December 30).

In the meantime, vaccination centers, organized on the basis of city polyclinics, in which vaccinations against the new coronavirus infection are carried out, continue to operate in Moscow.

Earlier, Sergei Sobyanin said that over the weekend in the capital, about 2 thousand people were vaccinated against coronavirus, and also noted that the entire health care system of the city is ready for a larger-scale vaccination.

Meanwhile, the Governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, said that if the residents of the city do not comply with the measures taken to combat the spread of the coronavirus, including during the holidays, there is a possibility of a full lockdown.

“The choice is between organizing a family celebration and the danger of being seriously ill.

The choice is obvious.

The other is a feast during a plague.

For St. Petersburg, the time has come when quite a bit separates us from a complete lockdown.

Fighting the epidemic is a mutual responsibility.

Let's take this chance and follow the rules.

Take care of yourself and your loved ones, "RIA Novosti quotes him.

The governor recalled that from December 30 to January 3, catering establishments will not work in the city, from December 30 to January 10, the work of museums and theaters will be suspended.

In addition, he said that there will be enough places for patients with a severe form of coronavirus in specialized hospitals until the end of the year, but if mass gatherings of people are not prevented, hospitals will need to be switched to an infectious mode.
