The robbery of a mini-market in Toulouse on Saturday around 5:30 p.m. went wrong.
Especially for the robber.
The 20-year-old first attacked a business in the Montaudran district with a dummy revolver, and came out with 500 euros in cash.
But he was unaware that he was being watched by a gang of six teenagers, aged 15 and 16.
They assaulted him and stole his cell phone as well as much of his loot.
Arrested by the police of the BST Mirail, the young man, until then unknown to justice, had to be transported to hospital.
He was then referred for immediate appearance.
An identified leader
As for the six teenagers, they were arrested by the police of the CDI, then placed in police custody for theft with violence in assembly.
They partially acknowledged the facts.
The alleged leader was summoned by a judicial police officer (COPJ) with indictment.
Two others receive a reminder.
The last three were exonerated.
