Of the respondents, 50.5% of the respondents answered that the appropriate price of an 85m2 real estate, which is the size of a national housing, is between 300 million won and 600 million won, and 46.7% said that even in the Seoul area, the appropriate price of an 85m2 house is between 600 million and 900 million won. It.



When a house price is between 600 million won and 900 million won, when asked what is the appropriate brokerage fee, 43.2% of respondents answered 0.5% to 0.6%.



Currently, the brokerage fee for this price range is 0.5%.



When asked about the appropriate brokerage fee rate for a house price exceeding KRW 900 million, which is 0.9% applied, 28.4% of respondents answered 0.5% to 0.6% and 25.7% said 0.7% to 0.8%.
