According to reports, the Abe supporter group "Abe Shinzo Support Association" is represented by the first secretary of the public establishment. From 2013 to 2019, the banquet before the "cherry blossom viewing party" will be held at two Tokyo hotels.

From 2015 to 2019, the “membership fees” paid by the banquet participants were not enough to cover the actual cost of the banquet.

This difference is believed to be borne by the "Shinwa Club", the fund management group represented by Abe, and it exceeded 9 million yen (approximately 570,000 yuan) in the five-year period to 2019.

Relevant sources said that the first secretary of the public office admitted when he voluntarily accepted an inquiry from the Special Search Department that he did not enter the political fund income and expenditure report.

The raised participation fee and the part paid to the hotel were not processed as the income and expenditure of the support club. The undocumented scale may total 40 million yen. The Special Search Department judges that the case should be opened.

According to analysis, similar cases in the past will be considered, and fines will be requested through summary procedures.

A formal trial is not expected to be held.

After the issue was exposed in November 2019, Abe repeatedly argued in the Diet that "the firm was not filled."

However, Abe’s office recently revealed that since it has not included the income and expenditure report, it has so far given him an explanation that does not match the facts.

According to the report, Abe may be asked about the situation in the near future, and Abe also told the media that it is important to find out the truth, and said that he would "respond with sincerity" and showed a gesture of agreement.
