He added that he smoked hookah with his girlfriend until he noticed a yellow light outside the council, and when he opened the door, he saw some things burning in front of the door, so he shouted for them to get out of the place, after he jumped over the flame, which rose in front of the entrance to the room, but she was afraid of the fire and stayed inside He asked the workers for help and asked them to operate a machine to draw water from the well, but it did not work, so everyone took the initiative to fill the pots and try to put out the fire, but they were unable to do so in light of the spread of the fire in the whole place.

He pointed out that he put a blanket over his body, trying to penetrate the flames to save it, but he was unable to do so due to the intensity of the fire.

After considering the case that coincided with the period of the national sterilization program in light of precautionary measures against the emerging corona virus (Covid-19), the court obliged the accused to pay the legal blood money to the heirs of the victim of 200 thousand dirhams, in addition to his imprisonment for a year with a suspension of execution for a period of three years, It starts from the day the judgment becomes final.

The forensic report of the General Department of Criminal Evidence in Dubai Police stated that the victim was alive when the fire started, and that she inhaled a large amount of smoke and gases resulting from the fire, and then was exposed to intense heat due to the intensity of the fire.

The report emphasized that there was no evidence that the victim had been subjected to a criminal act before her death.
