Justice. The Supreme Court knocks down the semi-freedoms of Oriol Junqueras and the rest of those sentenced by 1-O, considering them "premature"
The Puig de les Basses prisons in Figueres and the Wad Ras prisons in Barcelona have received official notification from the Supreme Court of revocation of the third prison degree from the former minister Dolors Bassa and the former president of the Parliament Carme Forcadell.
The two had left the center within their prison classification, which allowed them to be out for the weekend, so they must return to re-enter, a situation that will be this Friday.
In this way, the two convicted of sedition have officially received that they lose the semi-release regime that they enjoyed since last July after the decision of the Treatment Board and the Department of Justice of the Generalitat.
In January both they and the rest of the pro-independence prisoners convicted of sedition will once again be classified in prison by the Catalan administration.
The former councilor Dolors Bassa said that the decision of the Supreme Court (TS) to revoke the third degree to the prisoners of 1-O "falls like a slab" since for the first time she had five nights to sleep at home, coinciding with the bridge .
Carme Forcadell assured that she has learned about the judicial decision from the media, which she considers a "shameful lack of respect for us and our families."
The Supreme Court agreed this Friday to revoke the third degree of prison granted to the 9 convicted of sedition, considering that it is a premature measure by the Generalitat.
It also annulled the semi-release measures that they had in application of article 100.2 of the penitentiary regime because they were not directed to a reintegration process.
The seven convicted men were in Lledoners since the Penitentiary Surveillance Court decided to provisionally suspend the granting of the third degree pending the decision of the Supreme Court, a resolution totally contrary to that of another court that maintained these semi-release measures for Bassa and Forcadell.
Until this Friday.
