9 Regions change color.

These are Emilia Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Umbria, Marche and Puglia which become yellow, and Valle d'Aosta, Alto Adige, Tuscany and Campania, which from the red zone become the orange zone.

Now Abruzzo is the only region left in the red zone.

The measure will start from midnight on Saturday except for Alto Adige, for which the color change takes place at midnight today.

The Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza, will sign 3 new ordinances in the next few hours based on the data from the Control Room held today.

The first renews the restrictive measures in force relating to the Abruzzo, Basilicata, Calabria, Lombardy and Piedmont regions.

The second indicates the Regions that pass from the red area to the orange area.

With the third those that go from the orange area to the yellow area.

"A little while ago I received confirmation from Minister Speranza that

Emilia-Romagna

will return to the yellow zone

from Sunday

. This decision will be formalized by the minister in a new ordinance which he will sign in the next few hours".

Thus the president of Emilia-Romagna Stefano Bonaccini.

"So today and tomorrow we will be in the orange zone and after midnight on Saturday we will be in the yellow zone".

"The restrictions of these three weeks - adds Bonaccini - have therefore paid off, but we must continue to be responsible and respect the rules because everyone's commitment to curb the pandemic must continue, to protect everyone's health, starting with the most fragile, and help health and social health structures - doctors, nurses, operators - who continue to do their job in a commendable way every day ".

"I am sure that our passage will take place on Sunday, Minister Speranza called me recently, telling me that

Umbria

has all the parameters to return to the yellow zone" said the president of the Umbria Region, Donatella Tesei.

"The ordinance will be signed tonight, in the Gazzetta tomorrow and effective from Sunday", added the president.

"Finally the confirmation that we were all waiting for has arrived: from Sunday we are back in the yellow zone: this news makes us happy, but it should not be considered as an exemption from all responsibility" announced the president of the

Marche

Region

, Francesco Acquaroli, who reiterated how "the virus continues to circulate and every day we register a still conspicuous number of positive subjects".

Speaking to the Marche region, the governor said he would "try to avoid places of potential crowding if not necessary".

"We must all do our utmost to ensure that our region remains permanently in the yellow band - he concluded -. Please, the color of our region is in your hands. Please help us".

"Minister Speranza has communicated to the governor Massimiliano Fedriga that, in the new ordinance in force since Sunday,

Friuli Venezia Giulia

will be classified as a 'yellow zone'" reads a note released by the Region

Campania and Tuscany go to orange from Sunday, South Tyrol now

La

Campania

will be orange zone.

Any passage in the yellow area will be evaluated in the next ten days.

"

Tuscany

will probably be the orange zone starting from midnight between Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 December" announced on Facebook the president of the Tuscany Region, Eugenio Giani, specifying: "We are preparing an ordinance to better interpret the new Dpcm".

"I heard the Minister of Health Roberto Speranza half an hour ago and he confirmed that today there will be the formal passage in the orange zone of

South Tyrol

. Officially we are in orange" said the president of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano, Arno Kompatscher , at a press conference.

"Nothing changes for us because we have already signed an ordinance that allows the opening of the retail trade: from today you can always move within our municipalities during the day and not during the curfew", he added.

"For the moment there are no epidemiological conditions to take further steps," Kompatscher added, answering the reporters' questions.

"Thanks to mass screening and other measures, the curve is going down, albeit a bit slower than expected. For this we have to wait a few days to get a more precise trend."

"This is not the time to party," he reiterated.

Now Abruzzo is the only region in the red zone

With the 3 ordinances that Minister Speranza will soon sign, Abruzzo is the only region still in the red zone. The passage will formalize what was clear from yesterday. The president of the Region, Marsilio, has been talking for days with the ministry to anticipate the end of the red zone given the latest data. Abruzzo has been in the red zone since November 18, with a regional ordinance that expired yesterday. The measure had been confirmed by Speranza with an ordinance in force since 22 November. For the passage to a lower zone, the time limits set by the rules of the risk bands that divide the regions by colors must be respected.
