Tübingen (dpa / lsw) - Because he is said to have killed his sleeping wife with several knife wounds, a 28-year-old is standing before the Tübingen regional court today.
In mid-June, the police discovered a woman's body and the seriously injured man in an apartment in Dettenhausen in the Tübingen district.
According to the public prosecutor's office, the 28-year-old is less responsible for a psychiatric illness (Ref .: 5 Ks 17 Js 14260/20).
A family member alerted the police after the man failed to come to an agreed date. When the officers arrived at the scene, they came across the dead 26-year-old and her 28-year-old husband. The latter had several knife wounds. He was taken to a hospital for emergency surgery. He is now out of danger. The alleged crime recorder was in the apartment. A total of three negotiation days are scheduled for the process.
