Frankfurt / Main (dpa) - Because of a bomb disposal in Frankfurt, long-distance and regional connections as well as S-Bahn and trams will be canceled and rerouted on Sunday.

At the airport, however, Fraport does not expect any impairment.

As Deutsche Bahn reported on Friday, some ICE trains do not stop at the main station on Sunday, but instead at the south station.

ICEs from Frankfurt to Amsterdam or Brussels are completely canceled until Cologne.

All other IC / ICEs stop as planned.

A “different operating program” applies to regional traffic.

According to traffiq, diversions and partial failures occur on various regional trains.

The trams through the Gallus, where the bomb is being defused, are suspended, as is a bus route.

Other tram lines will be diverted.
