“Employees of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Moscow Region, in cooperation with operatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Volokolamsk urban district, detained a suspect in the murder of a family on the outskirts of SNT Malachite,” TASS quoted her as saying.
As noted in the department, a man born in 1980 will soon be taken to the investigating authorities.
Earlier in Volokolamsk, the bodies of a married couple and their underage daughter were found in a burnt house.
Their burned car was found nearby.
According to the IC, the family did not get in touch for several days after they left Moscow for their dacha.
