And she continued that she deals with all nationalities, and speaks Arabic and English, noting that at the beginning of her work she faced many difficulties and challenges, but she was able to overcome them thanks to the directives of the supervisors.
Al-Kathiri indicated that she is married and has four children, and there are no challenges she faced in caring for them, caring for them, or even coordinating between her work and her family, thanks to her husband who constantly supports her.
She explained that she does not face problems with the dealers, as the vehicle is equipped with surveillance cameras, and the supervisor of the service is in constant contact with her until the required transaction is completed in the field, noting that Emirati women are able to work in all circumstances and bear the pressures in various fields, and the state And its institutions are keen to develop programs and initiatives to support Emirati women and enhance their presence, as they occupy various administrative, supervisory and field positions.
