Greifswald (dpa / mv) - 70 officials searched eight premises in Greifswald on Thursday because of suspected drug trafficking by a group of offenders.
Police said that six men and one woman between the ages of 22 and 32 are being investigated.
In the Schönwalde district, a police officer fired a warning shot because the officers felt threatened by a dog, an American Stafford mix.
Nobody was injured, not even the dog.
According to police, the suspects have been investigated for a long time.
During the searches, the officers found small amounts of various narcotics.
They also confiscated around 6,000 euros in cash, cell phones and weapons such as brass knuckles.
