Frankfurt (dpa / lhe) - The Verdi union has concluded a collective agreement with the state of Hesse on possible short-time work in the three state theaters in Darmstadt, Wiesbaden and Kassel.
As the union announced on Wednesday, the net salary will be increased in the case of short-time work so that employees can continue to count on the salary in the previous amount.
The collective agreement came into force on Tuesday.
In addition, layoffs due to operational reasons are excluded during the term until December 31, 2021.
Theaters are also currently closed in Hesse due to the Corona crisis.
