Cambodia recently reported the first community-transmitted infection of the new crown virus. As of the morning of December 1, local time, 4,869 contacts have been traced, and the number of community-transmitted cases has increased to 17.

At present, the official has not yet ascertained the source of infection in this community transmission incident, calling on people to reduce their outings and avoid gatherings.

It was Monday, but the number of vehicles and pedestrians on the street decreased significantly.

On November 28, a 56-year-old woman in Cambodia tested positive for the new crown nucleic acid 3 days after she developed cold symptoms. Subsequently, her husband and 4 other family members who served as the director of the Cambodian Ministry of Interior and Prison Directorate tested positive.

The AEON malls, restaurants and hotels visited by the woman and her family were temporarily closed for the first time.

Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen stated that this is the first community-transmitted case in Cambodia and requires relevant contacts to go to test sites for nucleic acid tests, and relevant departments have done a good job of isolation, and the country has entered a state of strict prevention.
